The Schlössli Sax used to be a gourmet restaurant in the past. Now with new management it is unclear what it is. Still gourmet I don't think so, local cuisine, may be, folkloristic (at least from the dresses of the couple, sandals and colored shirts) does not really fit to the location.The food was good, despite that the truffles on the starter menu had no test at all. The main course was good country kitchen. I recommend to the managers come out with a clear strategy, otherwise the past customers will not come back.
Very high quality restaurant with generous portions and cooked to a high standard. Fantastic à la carte menu.. an absolute must visit. Congratulations!
