In town for a family wake/funeral, and Land Sea was recommended by a mutual friend. We had made reservations for earlier in the evening but wound up changing them twice due to schedule conflicts. The staff was accommodating and didn't give us a hard time. When we finally arrived at 830 on a Thursday evening we were one of 3-4 tables. We ordered drinks which took a long time to come to the table (after the appetizers). When we did get them the martinis were delicious. The fresh baked bread came to the table warm and crisp. We were off to a great start. Two people in my party ordered the Seaford Martini as an appetizer and it was very good. It was 1/2 a lobster tail, 2 shrimp and a lot of crab meat in a delicious house cocktail sauce that I will try and replicate at home. I ordered the onion soup which was also delicious and the cheese browned perfectly GB D! The soup had a hint of sweetness which didn't detract from the overall quality. We ordered the shrimp scampi which was delicious. The garlic was obviously sliced by hand and paper thin. The scampi sauce was spectacular but I wish there was a tad more for my accompanying rice. The shrimp was served with the tail on, which always puzzles as a scampi dish is eaten with a fork. I fell the tails present an obstacle. Not a deal breaker, but at home I take the time to take the tails off. My girlfriend ordered the stuffed shrimp which was also delicious. The stuffing had a hint of spice and the portion was enough for her to share and still be content. My sister-in-law ordered the penne a la vodka and that was also a large bowl of pasta with HOME MADE noodles. She raved about the taste also. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, not truly my style but think old Italian grandmother. Staff was courteous and attentive. Our waitress may have had an off day as she was obviously intoxicated. We and the table next to us noticed a few slip ups. All nothing major and she did mention some exigent circumstances, so that we gave her a pass.

We were visiting from out of town and chose this restaurant based on 3.5 stars. It took over two hours to get our food. The salmon was cold and there was one piece of broccoli, one carrot slice and mashed potatoes for $28. Atmosphere was loud and service was mediocre. I would never recommend this for restaurant .
