Lamei Hot Pot - Table reservation

My wife and I had a wonderful meal here last night. It was our first time, although we have lived near CC for decades.. We got there at 5 pm and were seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly and fussed over us. The restaurant was clean, modern, and well lit. We ordered the bone broth and the mushroom broth, separated by barriers in a large bowl. We gave the edge to the bone broth, but both were good. The bone broth had mushrooms and dates. To my surprise, the dates were great because they absorbed the broth flavor and had a meaty texture. For ingredients, we ordered short ribs, baby bok choy, shitake mushrooms, and hand pulled noodles (which were great). The best part was the dipping sauces--about 20 different ones, which you can combine as you wish. I think I combined about 10 of them. We will definitely come back. Kid-friendliness: The five year old at the next table said it was better than McDonald's

Food was really good (authentic), servers were nice and friendly. Watch for your spicy level when they say spicy, they really mean it!

Ingredients were not fresh, too expensive for what it is
