We had went here for dinner. The hostess is very pleasant and kind. I had the goat cheese tiramisu for a starter, pork tenderloin with new potatoes and figs in wine. My wife had the cheeseburger and fries. All were excellent. Service was also excellent. Everything came promptly and hot or cold as appropriate. Very nice outdoor seating. Would go back again.
We had a wonderful dinner at L'Ambacia. We sat inside on a chilly evening and ordered beef confit with mashed potatoes and jus. It was outstanding! It had been slow cooked and the meat was very tender. The portion size and presentation were great! It was an excellent choice. Staff was welcoming.
Great food! We had the chicken and green curry, fish and chips, and pulled pork as main courses with tartar salmon as an appetizer. All were delicious. I was super impressed with the chicken as restaurants typically precook it and warm it up, causing it to be tough. Highly recommended
Very nice bistro, tables spilling out onto the broad sidewalk of Place Michel Debre in the center of Ambnoise. Faces the Chateau. Broad menu, Hamburgers to pasta to roast Pork loin. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Very reasonably priced.
