L'Alezan - Table reservation

A village restaurant with a local clientele, but not just that. The food was fresh, well-sourced (my husband had one of the best steaks he has ever eaten) and cooked and presented with a touch of real flair. We came back a second evening because we enjoyed it so much. We ate in the pleasant outside courtyard as the weather was hot, but the indoor accommodation, with an open fire in winter, would be equally agreeable. Welcoming, attentive service and excellent value for money. If you are staying, and sightseeing, in this locality (handy to Chantilly, Ecouen, etc etc, and within a swift train-journey of Paris), this would be a lovely place to unwind over a really good meal. One man at a nearby table had eaten there several times when in the area on business and was revisiting, bringing his family. A good recommendation in itself.

My wife and I were lucky enough to eat here twice at each end of our French holiday. From the warmest greeting to lovely service and simply gorgeous food, the whole evening was sublime. Well prepared, well served and a great experience. Totally recommended! One...More

We stayed in the b and b above this restaurant which our host was the chef. The food was delicious and beautifully cooked, he obviously has a passion for food! The service was very good.

Enjoyed the food but like elsewhere in France found the costs high, £80 for a meal for 4 including 2 children. The Pizza place around the corner was better value

This place is hideous and they know it. Let me explain. I ask for a chicken shawarma at 5:30 pm on a Friday, the place is empty. I pay for it and they send
