L'aigle Blanc - Table reservation

We had our last dinner in Valmorel at l’Aigle Blanc and ate from the carte du jour (rather than the Savoyard specialties . What a surprise to be served such exquisite, fine cuisine in such an unassuming place. We sampled 4 different dishes and all were refined and served with creative and seasonal accompaniments. My dish of ‘quasi de veau’ was cooked to pink perfection and served with the best morel-cream sauce I’ve ever tasted. The home-made deserts were divine, served with great attention to detail. The service was attentive and friendly, and we loved the resident cat : Amazing value for money. Would def. recommend.

Unbelievable food presentation and taste was so delicious, fine dining quality in such a beautiful location. Very quaint, friendly hosts with the resident dog and cat for added quirkinesses!! Food is quite costly but the price still doesn’t Reflect the amazing cuisine. Everything is homemade the ravioli with trout was exquisite and my lamb cooked 3 ways with vegetable and homemade croquettes with a mouthwatering juis was out of this world. The deserts did not disappoint mitchellen standard presentation.

A small restaurant that you can reach easily walking or by bus (at the end of Aigle blanc line). Delicious 3 dishes menu for lunch for 18 euros drinks, the same price than the test of places. Small intimate wooden interior and very quiet thé day we were there. My partner had a local cuisine, Tartiflette, very good. We will go back on summer to enjoy an alfresco dining.

i love the location at the end of the street... walking under the moon light! very warm place, nice food, local plates and amazing deserts!

Great menu and super desserts!! Quality of the food is one of the best in all of Valmorel. Tomato/bacon fondue is also recommended.
