First let me put things in perspective. We are regular visitors of Michelin star restaurants. We know ambiance and perfection does not come cheap. But we do expect ambiance and perfection (or at least something that comes close to perfection). This was not. Far from it. I do not eat everything. This has never been a problem before. However, I do expect that people ask if there are any allergies or things you don't eat. They did not. I pointed to the lobster and told them I was allergic to seafood. I am not actually, but I always say I am because I really don't like it. The appetizers were served and voila, lobster! I told them this cannot happen, they did not say a thing. No apologies, nothing. The food was fine, but nothing special. I had beef as a main course which was not very warm. Told the waitress, again, nothing. I got 4 local wines for 45 euro. Wines were a good fit to the food, but glasses were not properly filled. Nobody asked if we liked an extra glass of wine with the dessert. I would have loved to.At the end I again told them giving lobster to someone who told she is allergic is not acceptable. The waitress told me to them lobster is not seafood, although I pointed out the lobster. After telling her I expected an apology, one was given. Never coming back here.
