The gods of gastronomy are not all dead in this period of sanitary disette that would almost have made us forget the pleasures of a good table. This small restaurant La Forge rue de Strasbourg in Châlons sur Saone is a pearl. The reception is charming and inviting, the setting of the place is neat and sober. In view of the health crisis a single menu is proposed from noon to 21 euros. But the dishes are refined, with just and cleverly done chords, everything is delicious and one finishes its plate by saunting with a piece of bread, that is to say... just to prolong the gustative pleasure! This chef has talent and it feels in his dishes, his kitchen is inventive, made with quality products and invites to tasting. Mille bravos!
excellent family evening, 8 on the terrace in this very good restaurant with refined dishes. Small service. in photo the excellent paleron and its small vegetables. I strongly advise.
Again, we enjoyed ourselves. The liver cake was until its reputation and the rest too!!! For us one of the best tables in Chalon. The welcome is always warm. I highly recommend.
