The food at this restaurant is outstanding. The service is also outstanding. The staff are so attentive and friendly. They’re professional without being pretentious which I find very important. The food is gorgeous. The mango burrata salad in particular is to die for. You get a really generous amount of mango which is perfectly ripe, and the burrata complements it so well. The portion size for the Wiener schnitzel is very generous and it tastes delicious, especially with the side of potato salad. My only feedback is that I was surprised the menu is only available in German, considering how many non German-speaking tourists visit. We used an instant translator App on our phones, but some American tourists at the table behind us were really struggling. The staff were incredibly helpful and offered to translate everything, but once they leave the table it’s hard to remember what everything is. Other than that, superb and I highly recommend.
My husband and I have stayed at the hotel for just one night so we decided to try the restaurant for our dinner. And it was absolutely lovely. My starter a lobster soup was so rich and delicious, probably the best I have tasted. Main was fish and it tasted great too. Prices are a little steep, but well worth it for the quality of the meal and the ambiance too we had a lovely table with a view of the mountains on a warm spring evening. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.
A remarkable dinner. The restaurant La Pistache had advertised Wild Week. We knew from acquaintances, La Pistache is known for wild and other specialty weeks. Our expectations were exceeded. Excellent food, excellent Host and courteous service staff.
We were there end of April 2017. It was a very good experience. Staff was so friendly. Food was delicious. My desert with pistachio ice cream was just breathtaking!!!!!!!!! I would definitely go back. Thank you guys
