"here is my curse from medellin. I often come here and stay in rooms they rent. it is quiet, beautiful and hidden from the road. yolanda is an amazing cook (I make sure that I'm back in the time for every eating it is...the good) and carlos esteban is the perfect guide. he can take it for a walk, a walk, a swim, bird watching, rappelen, a moto ride. whatever it is that they hope to do on each level of intensity, carlos is game. they come to a meal or stay for a weekend they will either love it."
