La Metairie - Table reservation

We have been very familiar with this place for many years. It seems there's a change in ownership last year. we discovered a very average, unpredictable and unpleasant service (at least for the manager). It's not the most important. the most important being the quality of food and the value for money. The tartare is certainly cut to the knife but not prepared, and the sauces are served in all-clean plastic cans. misses onions, pickles, ... in short it is raw meat with tomato sauce that is not even ketchup. frozen fries and not sufficiently cooked/grelled. As for the tartiflette ... served cold in a small dish. Not grilled, dry. Many potatoes, vaguely boiled bacon, and the reblochon that is the main element was almost absent. We didn't take dessert. we would have opted for the chocolate fountain, but the table next met important difficulties with the device. in short, no interest, and especially not at this price.

If you go to the swan to eat a fondue and incidentally ski, it's the right place! beautiful cutlery plates cheese well chosen salad potatoes = perfect. We fell a fairly quiet evening, the service was attentive and casual. A real pleasure.

very good reception, very reactive and pleasant staff with the sense of trade, meals served quickly, of good quality, and copied. I recommend it to all, you will not be disappointed with the displacement!

we returned to this restaurant for the weekend of pacque, we spent a good time and we still had a very good eat at the end of the service we offered a digestive.
