La Manufacture - Table reservation

Came for dinner on spec. Restaurant was fairly full for 8.45 in the evening but we found a table in the small courtyard. Burgers were good (La Francais and Mexican) but not too large. Although on the rare side of medium they were cooked ok. Came with chips/fries bizarrely served in jam jars. The side relish was good tooService was very friendly if a little on the slow side.Nice selection of beers and unusually cider. Would definitely come again.

I tried La Manufacture Gundeli for the first time. I ordered the Green Day Vegan Burger and it was absolutely beautiful. Definitely the best and freshest burger I've ever had. Very recommend this beautiful restaurant with beautiful terrace and so friendly staff. You also have another vegan burger on the menu as well as s salad and more updated by previous review on 2021-05-24

Nachdem wir zu 10th Getränke bestellt hatten ging es ca. 15min bis wir unsere Drinks hatten. Ein Gast wurde jedoch vergessen und musste sein Getränk selber holen. Habe den Burger Well Done bestellt und musste ihn 2mal zurück in die Küche schicken, auch dann war er nicht richtig durch. Aber eine sehr freundliche männliche Bedienung.

I ate the le vegan burger and it was delicious! But the vegan options arent on the menu that I think is quite annoying because then you always have to ask if the food vegan or not. Then I realized that on the menu on the website of la production all vegan options are marked, so you can see it up there.

Während ich hungrig an meinem Burger nagte, erinnerte ich mich an eine wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang am freien Himmel. Das essen war wie eine Melodie, sie handelte von Liebe, in der ich die Hauptrolle spielte. PS: Die Caramelköpfli sind Gottesgeschenk!
