We spent two evenings on Saint Lary Soulan, the second night we made the choice to eat on site at the mercury hotel. Tonight, no à la carte menu but a theme buffet formula. We enjoyed ourselves, simple but delicious cuisine. In hot dish, among other things, the terracotta with wood fire was a delight. I chose the mustard sauce rabbit, delicious. As for the buffet of homemade desserts, patisseries and entremets as beautiful as good Nothing to say, gustative quality and a young, dynamic and helpful staff Nothing comparable with the precedence evening in another restaurant of Saint Lary
We had dinner at the Mangeoire during a stay at the Mercure Hotel. I would like to emphasize the excellent quality ratio of this meal served as part of the half board. We enjoyed the professionalism of the team operating this gastronomic restaurant. Wide choice of dishes made with fresh and high quality products. Service to the top! Spacious restaurant room with a pleasant terrace.
We already know this establishment and come back to it every time because we are never disappointed. The staff is very kind, listened and very helpful to customers. The kitchen of the new chef is a feast for the eyes and taste buds. PS: good appetite!!!
We took two cocktails, the chef's creations that came to tell us more about these very good drinks. We also took a truite rillette, excellent. The outdoor and indoor frame is beautiful and the very welcoming staff.
