We spent two evenings on Saint Lary Soulan, the second night we made the choice to eat on site at the mercury hotel. Tonight, no à la carte menu but a theme buffet formula. We enjoyed ourselves, simple but delicious cuisine. In hot dish, among other things, the terracotta with wood fire was a delight. I chose the mustard sauce rabbit, delicious. As for the buffet of homemade desserts, patisseries and entremets as beautiful as good Nothing to say, gustative quality and a young, dynamic and helpful staff Nothing comparable with the precedence evening in another restaurant of Saint Lary
