We have come to this establishment since the restaurant we wanted to have dinner was complete. Reservation made in the morning for the evening, Thursday, we were in the first on the parking lot..., before it was completely filled! Surprisingly surprised by the welcome of the smiling and benevolent boss throughout the meal... A young girl and a man who acts as a sommelier assured the service in a very efficient and discreet way... The atmosphere of the room where we were warm with contemporary touches: we feel good! We chose the Sympathic Menu at 50€..., but with regard to the dishes served, the name of the menu is well below nominally! Amuse-bouche, a beautiful slice of foie gras garnished, at the entrance, veal ris for madam, and the rubbing for me, with perfect cuisine, which is not easy for this fish, an imposing trolley of refined cheese, and each dessert: grilled verbena peaches, strawberries and tomatoes passion-menthe sorbet framboise-poivron... Not a false note! Extra presentation, perfect cuisine and unforgettable flavours! Little surprise moment of the assembly during the live lobster parade in presentation to our table neighbours, who found themselves soon after in their plates under two versions... Grilled, and stew... We keep in mind this very beautiful address of excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it to those who love the beautiful tables! A good time of blue sky during our Breton stay! Please note that the hotel accepts vacation checks.
A kitchen in the developed area. It's excellent and relaxing. We loved it. No suggestion, it's okay. A great leader in the region. The chief and his wife know how to receive. We revisit the simple dishes of the region with a high level of gastronomy. I'll be back on a regular basis.
It's a lovely place to stop. The service is discreet and fast, the well chosen wine and the balance of wonderful flavors. My spouse and I had chosen meat and fish... and everyone enjoyed this moment of refined gastronomy. Thank you. We will return:
A magical moment... an extraordinary table composed of dishes and unforgettable wines!!! I'll come back on!!! The chef surprised us to come to see us and we were able to discuss after this tasting. At least 3 stars are to give!!!
