Very unprofessional and low standard with customer service ... I will never step inside of that pour service First toilets dirty, all food extremely salty very unpleasant unable to finish the food had to keep looking to the waiter to able to make my order....I called to made a reservation aprox days in advance I did ask if the voucher from the Canton was valid in their restaurant the the young lady confirmed, yes was possible to use it so then I did make the reservation. After finish my lunch going to pay then the waiter just say they don’t accept the voucher no more, it was till yesterday which first is incorrect because voucher are valid to use till end of the month which is today so that mean all restaurant can collect the money with no problems afterwards. Waiter use the very cheap excuse saying his manager don’t accept them anymore .. this is very unprofessional and lack of respect to the people if you decide to change your rules you should let the customer knows before they order ... all the staff very unprofessional that’s not the way to serve to customers... Defently this place become on the list of NOT TO GO AT ALL!!! This food is not worth chf ... the kebab next to them has much value for Money and customer service
Hard to choose between very good looking burgers, but in the end I got the standard and added gruyere. They didnt really put very much gruyere on, but I was happy. Cole slaw excellent Fries Excellent Beer selection good, but CHF for a beer is too much for a burger bar!
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, I would highly recommend you try it along with the chicken tacos. However, the restaurant itself is small with minimal seating and as it is located in front of a bus stop (literally) it is not too...scenic a place
Not only best in town but probably ever! Epic Habanero action. Nice service! Good drinks! Will have to come again some time..
