Before we went there... on 24.12 at 12:00 we went to the Criée, the restaurant was opened the lights on. We arrive at 3 adults and a child and we are told we are open but we cannot do a service ... we have not understood and left. But let's stay in doubt we reminded the restaurant that there is a technical problem.. On 29.12 at 14h25 we arrive at the restaurant 4 adults (family); the direct one informs us that it no longer serves schedule posted 15h00. There was only one table, but it's not a pattern to no longer serve customers. Certainly I think these problems do not concern the chain and that this is a local problem... but good the dark restaurant (of course to make it seem that it is closed in order to avoid customers the empty fish and seafood displays plus the two consecutive misadventures are motives for never putting foot in this restaurant again.. very bad because there is no competition nearby... my opinion and avoiding this restaurant that sewns can from these customers.. before I was a customer .... but it was before.
After more than a year and seen the fire that it has suffered we are back Greeting by the manager Richard if I don't deceive who comes to us at a table next to the wc thank the smells and the go and come from the other customers and seeing the time for a month of December very mild and sunny with this sun that dazzles we ask you well want to lower the impossible store block ok Repasserole frites at will and well you have the time It is regrettable to have reconstructed this establishment and to have kept this manager of the general management VOYEZ one may a change of manager and a profound reformation of the staff because for me there is only the reception with opening of the door that even is too much For me this restaurant of this chain is banished forever from my list I would see if that of Lille and always as good
Not to mention the 5 tables around us exasperated, horrible services!! 1 hour minimum waiting, impossible to have bread after several requests and waitress with skin blossom! After discussion with the manager, unfounded apologies and a gift proposition (desert, champagne, coffee... refused, the manager admits the lack of understanding staff.
The critics read on this same site had worried us, but not pushed us to change the place. Great goodness took us. A great time: smile and staff available, quality food, reasonable prices. A good time with friends. We recommend without reservation.
