La Creperie des Halles

Had dinner here en route back to La Baule after a day trip visiting Ile Noiremoutier (well worth a visit by the way.) We made the right choice coming here. Whist I am no expert on creperies I have been to at least a handful- this is the best one I have visited to date. We had a main, side and dessert each; everything was excellent in terms of freshness and quality and also amount of food. Service was excellent and price was very competetive compared to some oetrh places we have sampled. We then got a couple of shots of some sort of liqueur at the end as an unexpected bonus- sadly as I was driving I had to pass on these - my girlfriend enjoyed both! There were lots of (I presume) locals eating here which is a good sign- I am quite envious they have such a nice restaurant in their town!

We turned up without a reservation and were found seats without a problem. The food was freshly cooked and good value. The owners looked a little rushed off their feet and were struggling to serve everyone in the courtyard at the rear and in the restaurant. The owners are friendly, polite and very welcoming and even gave us English menus (even though we didn't need them.) Great little find off the main road. Certainly worth visiting and we would visit again.

Fantastic place to eat. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and always made to feel very welcome by the owners Flo and Nico. The steaks are amazing, as are the galleries and the deserts. A must 'go to' place in Beauvoir.

Back for another holiday local to here. Have eaten here several times over the years, and without exception it has always been brilliant. Flo and Nico do a fantastic job here. Recommended.
