I have to start not from description of food they serve, but amazing, super professional staff you will meet there. Super attentive, very knowledgeable and … nice and human : . My favorite was Betina (I hope I read properly the name on the bagde , but all waiters and waitresses are great ! Food is excellent ! My choice was entrecôte with French fries and this was perfectly done, as I wanted medium rare. My wife was a dish of a day and this was superb tasty grilled tourbot. Plus very wide selection of wines, makes this restaurant one of the best options (if not the best ! in Solothurn
This a lovely historic hotel, in a beautiful town. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. I enjoyed dinner and the chef kindly provided delicious vegan options on my request. The location is right in the centre of the historic town, near all amenities. The railway station is less that 10 minute walk. Highly recommended.
We had breakfast at the restaurant and we enjoyed very much. This is the third time that we are at this hotel, although I travel a lot and stay at 5 stars hotels, we really love La Couronne for the friendly staff and the cleaness of the rooms. I would certainly recommend it to my friends and relatives.
First visit to Solothurn and La Couronne. Really impressed, very central location <10mins walk from train station, spacious well equipped bedrooms, good buffet breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Will return!
