The renovation was certainly necessary, but the charm took a hit. a little too campagnard to my taste, delicious salads and an exquisite freshness, the evening menu was pleasant, missed as often everywhere. But why are they still minority in our plates? local bosses, obviously nice, we're in the franches-montagnes...
