the place is a little peculiar: the restaurant is on the platform of the great arch of the defense. It's pretty nice even if you don't have the view from your table (you have to go up a few entries, dishes and desserts: it's enough, you'll necessarily find something that you like. To discover without hesitation! this lunch was a very nice surprise for both the unreplicable and fast service and for its delicious and surprising cuisine. an entry menu, dish, exceptional dessert: the endives, cloud of saint nectaire that make forget the bitterness of this vegetable, the duck magret with perfect cooking that makes us want to come back and finally the entremet way bounty sorbet coco, to finish in beauty! I've come several times and I have to admit that every time it's a nice surprise. dishes and desserts are really of quality, and concoct divinely. a delight for your taste buds. the reservation at the restaurant gives you the possibility to climb on the roof top roof that gives you a breathtaking view of the entire large bet. An exhibition is always in progress, which you can do in particular. I mean, one for me.
an incredible discovery that mixes a breathtaking view of the whole bet (before or after your meal) to a culinary parenthesis without fault. the value ratio (menu e p d to reinforce the feeling of having discovered a pepit that, surprisingly, goes crescendo during the meal because dessert (here pears) is a slap so the tastes are naturally complementary to the tasting.
