La Buvette de la Plage

The location of this place is absolutely great and well worth the walk along the promenade or down from the ramparts. The food is OK but over priced for the quality, in all probability trading on the location. The service when we went was haphazard with no obvious organisation but all the staff were pleasant, the food was fine - the mussels in particular coming in for high praise. We ended up having a very pleasant long lazy lunch in the sunshine with a great backdrop across the bay to Crotoy.

Great little cafe on the beach........right at the end of the promenade. Stopped by for a drink before climbing the hill to the ramparts, and decided to stay for lunch as the food looked so good. Had burger ( bien cuite) which came with bacon or cheese and frites. It was lovely and perfectly cooked.Rosé was great and available in half carafe and the view stunning.....right across the bay. Service was prompt and very friendly. Would definitely return.

We were so lucky with the weather in France last week, and were able to enjoy a leisurely beer in the sunshine at this pleasant bar. We didn't eat but had a look at the menu and they serve a good range of reasonably priced dishes

Good food served quickly. Restaurant/cafe is in a lovely position overlooking the Bay. Service can be a little slow but it is very busy with a lively atmosphere. Book on a Sunday for lunch or wait a long time.

We love this place, it has transformed the little beach and is a great place to drink, eat and relax. The food and drink is great with good choices, and a lovely place to watch the sunset over the bay.
