I can understand why a family with young children such as ourselves would try this place, but I cannot understand why anyone would ever go back or leave a good review!!! This place has no redeeming features the children´s play area, the food and drink, the ambience and the expensive prices are all bad. FOOD AND DRINK water and juice served warm, together with a glass with some ice. No bread. They had run out of french fries. Burger (their speciality) was terrible. All food looked and tasted as if it had been cooked from frozen. Fish was so salty it was practically inedible. Parillada de verduras was soaking in oil. Food took a long time to come once it had been ordered (and the place was nowhere near full). PLAY AREA My children (4 years and 20 months) did not go to play in the play area at all despite our encouragement because, I assume, they really didn´t like the look of it. And I can´t say I blame them the toys were not very interesting or inviting and the monitor looked like she was trying to be friendly but really didn´t like her job at all and would rather be anywhere but there! AMBIENCE Awful, first impressions are that the place looks very tacky. Loud pop music blaring away much more suited to a bar for young people than a restaurant for parents. You need to go down a dangerous long flight of stairs (very hard to get a pushchair down) to the restaurant which is underground with no natural lighting. All the fixtures and fittings and children´s toys are shabby, broken and dirty. The place would probably be suited to young children´s parties but that´s it a nice restaurant for families to relax it is not! PRICES 2 starters, 2 main courses and 4 non alcoholic drinks (2 waters, 1 juice, 1 coca cola) came to 60 Euros for extremely poor quality food cooked from frozen. If you order a main course such as a burger it doesn´t come with french fries, you have to order that as a separate aside at 5€. So a burger with french fries comes to 18€. And they had run out of fries so we had to have fried potato wedges instead. SERVICE to be fair, the waitresses were nice, but that is literally the only good thing I could say about this place. I would never ever go back to this awful place as it currently is.

My wife and I just enjoyed a lovely meal here. I had a very delicious burger of carne de buey with some foie gras. We also had The chef some original starters and a delicious desert (see pictures). The Caesar 's salad was not great, but this is not really a dish to order anywhere in Spain if you 're seeking the authentic salad. The overall menu is simple with the main focus on burgers with a difference, however much finer fare can be had, including a couple of exotic options such as ostrich. The chef explained that he sources much of his meat from Avila and takes pride in ensuring that the flavours shine through. The locale is small upstairs, though there is a patio area which is very pleasant when the weather is fine and can be covered and heated in winter. Downstairs there is a much larger seating area and there is a playroom for small children with a dedicated child carer always on hand. The playroom has glass walls so the kids are always visible but not so audible! I must mention the fabulous service and care extended to us by the chef/manager as well as the waitress. Both went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and really were totally invested in ensuring that we enjoyed every dish. Whilst on completely the opposite side of Madrid from us, it is a place we shall return.

My friends took me to this place and it was great. The wagyu burger is as good as it comes. Tastier burger I ever had. The service was very friendly and pleasant. Ideal for families with children.
