La brasserie des Franco-Belges

on a trip to visit a family war grave (the hundred thousand of our related way) we have revived some of the shops mentioned in wartime books. late for lunch we found this extraordinary, still very busy, welcoming and very friendly hostel. it seemed. that a big and happier table of local wi ended a complete Friday dinner, and we chose for the menu du jour. an excellent starter was a delicious gratine seafood hotpot, followed by fine filet of lachs with very tasty sauce and a lemon meringue tea to finish. very cheap, immaculate and very warm. the young employees were exemplary and a great credit to the hostel. highly recommended.
