the biased to select fresh, seasonal and local products as much as possible is not so simple in this region of high alps. Nevertheless, the benoît bertrand and his wife decided to take up this challenge to "the bucket" which, as his name does not let him guess, will not serve you nor crêpe nor galette! the gourmet card and regularly renewed will seduce you as much as it surprises you very pleasantly. from the fun mouth surprise to the peas until dessert it is a ravishing for our taste buds. for the entrance the cold soup of watermelon with melon balls, the tomato/basilic sorbet deliciously raised from a whipped wazabi. the lamb shoulder of the honey roasted alps and gabled onions with the mauresque juice. perfect cooking to make jealously boil the 8 o'clock gigot. Accompanied with a glass of organic red wine treilloux of the high alps. a assortment of fresh fruit and wild berries in a light syrup for dessert. I admit, I had no appetite for greed after this wonderful meal.Vegetarian dishes are also available. Here, I will come back with the next time to make discover the tasty, delicate and colorful cuisine that enchanted me.
