This place was suggested to us at the tourist office when we commented on the apparent lack of vegetarian options for eating out. It did not disappoint and we ended up going there twice out of our 3 day stay (we may have gone 3 times if we had found the place sooner! Maria welcomed us with a smile each time and was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us as we tried to practice our Spanish too. The food was freshly prepared and really nice... it made such a change from the diet I had got used to since arrival in Spain which was predominantly just bread, cheese or egg in one form or another. We were encouraged to see bottles water only available in glass bottles and no plastic straws... they are a very environmentally aware business. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant especially if you are veggie or vegan although there are also meat options.
