After many years of being in the specialty coffee industry it 's always nice going back and visiting the latest shops. I will preface that the staff here are all sweethearts and their service is impeccable. The atmosphere is cozy with some interestingdesign choices some better than others. But my qualm is with the coffee. The espresso was bitter. Very minor hints of notesattempted to shine through but were muddled with ashy, and burnt flavor notes. There 's a lack of variety as well, you wouldthink a place referring to themselves as craft coffee would have more than just a house blend on espresso. For the people ofthe suburbs this is exemplary, but for those that have been around, they?ll know. Why be enough when you can be great. Mysuggestions? ??At least one other option for your espresso ??Take your time to properly train your baristas, you 're doingthem a disservice and they?re the ones that have to bear with your customers. This includes proper steaming, dialing inregularly, etc. Just a former barista sharing their thoughts though. Do what you will at the end of the day it?s your business.

Craft coffee is a nice departure from the typical cookie cutter style coffee shops in the area. The Cypress area does not have many actual coffee shops, so this is a relief. I stopped by Craft Coffee after some physical therapy after they (PT) recommendedit as a nice local shop. The atmosphere is nice and it is obvious that the locals enjoy the coffee; the shop was full. Thereare plenty of espresso options and offered several dairy alternatives which is always a plus. The staff were courteous andfriendly. The prices were slightly higher than the aforementioned cookie cutter shops, but the options were presented muchnicer. I decided to enjoy my americano in house and was not disappointed in my stay. It was very relaxing. The customers seemedupscale which is also a plus and they can often throw off the experience. There were plenty of pastry and food items available,if you are interested. Overall, I enjoyed my brew and will likely stop by again if I 'm caught at physical therapy without mycoffee fix.

My iced mocha was awesome! So I was in the area a second time and got another, still awesome. But the pastry was not good at all. No matter. I'll be back to try other coffees drinks. I like this place.

The coffee was delicious. The hot chocolate I ordered for my child came out at the right temperature, which was good. There were places to sit both indoors and outdoors.
