Kyoto - Table reservation

Despite a friendly and smiling staff we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Out of works served in the middle and end of meals, product breaks on the map announced a quarter of an hour after the order. We note a real lack of organisation even the payment modes of one server to another differ. Hopefully we won't be sick tomorrow.

The servers are very kind, but I strongly recommend to them to delete the 'frying meadows' from their card. This dish is disappointing in many ways. We left frustrated and thirsty again because they forgot the drinks. We would have done better to order their specialties!

I put 4 stars very appreciative staff they are adorable we ate well mets organize please be more professional we made you advise by someone from the trade it goes too much in all directions and as a customer we are completely lost by the concept advice of a colleague

Nice to see that this restaurant closed because unfortunately it was not good despite a good beginning damage
