Been going to Kyj 's for many years many generations...for the 1st time ever, I was treated so horribly over the phone the Boothwyn location when placing my order! it was on 3/11/22 aprrox 12:15pm she may have been the RUDEST PERSON TO EVER WALK THE PLANET!!! As I 'm ordering, she kept saying oh my god in my ear. After about the 10th time of her saying it, I asked if she was saying it pertaining to me, my questions or my order! She said no, but oddly enough after I said something, she didn 't say it again...until she hung up on me!!!Perogies are the best their strawberry shortcakes are to die for...However, I will go to the Brookhaven location where they are always so friendly. The convenience of the Boothwyn location isn 't worth me catching a charge for!
I went into Boothwyn for the first time and the lady behind the counter made it seem like it was a total inconvenience that I was in the first place. I started ordering and she started complaining about how I didn't order wrong. She then went ahead and began complaining about how other customers also order incorrectly. It was so unpleasant and rude, so I never said anything to her and left. I'm not going back.
No one was in the store for the first time. We greeted the woman behind the counter and were treated as if we disturbed her. Worst customer experience has never even given up the order, it is a shame because the cakes looked good! According to the previous reviews, I would suggest making a customer service change. Location
I don't care how good it is to eat. the person who works there I don't know if she was the owner or only a worker as she talked to me was the worst customer service she ever had. I'll spend my money somewhere else. I just asked a few questions and she was so upset with me....maybe this kind of work for her.
