I 'd give it -stars if possible. Picking up late night online orders. Sole employee working is completely overwhelmed with her job (understandable) but also as rude as she can possibly be.....stating she can 't make all that by herself I 've been waiting in the drive through line for over 45 minutes only to get to the window and have the employee loudly complain about the fact that the store is busy. To her credit, she is getting everything done, if not in a rude and untimely manner .The management here either needs to have at least one other employee scheduled overnight with the ability to keep up with late night rush. Or not be open during the hours they lack sufficient staff
Ok... we stop by Krystal's every time we come home to Mobile from Texas... what happened to my Krystal burger??.. it has different meat!!...and no little onions!!. it tastes more processed,,more like soy..not meat... absolutely NASTY!!..have they changed their meat distributor?... changed the famous Krystal?? We are stopping at another location to investigate further!!
Stopped coming home from the beach and ordered 72 burgers.. Staff was super friendly and accommodating while we waited on such a large order! Definitely will make this my Krystal stop when coming through!!
The staff is great wonderful and understands customer service and knows what they?re doing. Just like to say thanks And good job
