"To experience outside the small village of Koserow, not far from the new sea bridge in construction. The salt huts salted the herrings, which were still often caught, and continued them so long. Salt huts have a typical regional element of the coastal region, have changed various uses of camps, working spaces and properties. The small beautiful, picturesque wooden huts are already an eyewitness from the outside and really great to see. Between the various huts there is a large centrally located terrace with many rustic seating and a private fish shower. Also in the outdoor area is thematically decorated with small boats, fish nets, buoys, barrels etc. In the original interior of the salt hut as well as the maritime decoration with compasses, old steel diving helmets, pictures of Anno.... The reuses and nets hanging on the ceilings complete the charm of this beautiful, special place here everything has been lovingly combined and that is felt. The menu serves the taste of fish lovers only very few non-fishing dishes here will surely fill the fish lover. fresh fish, smoked fish, fish soups ...... paid by weight of prepared fish We slept: roasted Baltic Sea aal with homemade potato salad super tasty salt hut Potpourri by Matjesfilet, Bismarckfilet and sour hering and potatoes large contributed the friendly, flinkeful, attentive service staff to our beautiful stay. There is always great urge to reserve."
