The last night of our stay at Paradeismühle I wanted to eat again. Madame didn't feel comfortable tonight, she forgot a dinner. So I went to the restaurant alone, where one of the service women quickly gave me a place. I took the place and got the menu right away, but I returned because I had already made my choice on the outside map on the previous day. For this reason, we were able to pick up the order directly: “Onion roasts, fine lobe steak with sweet onions and croquettes” (22.50 €), which immediately triggered the counter question: “Medium?”. I confirmed a head node. This time no wine, but a yeast beer (0.5l for 4,00 €). Operation thanked and rushed to treses. The young woman, in whose competence I obviously sat, did not know about the previous evenings. She was as well trained as her colleagues, but still a tick warmer and more accommodating. She brought the beer after a short time, and, as hardly any other expectation, it was perfectly tempered. After a reasonable waiting period, she served the onion roast. In the middle of the square plate was a very neat piece of meat, densely covered with sweet coarse onion pieces. The croquettes were fanned by them in two three groups on the left and right side, the whole being arranged on a dark sauce mirror. Tonight I didn't come around the cherry tomato, along with a branch of rosemary she crowned the order. On the edge of the plate there was again a decorative trace of coarsely striped colored pepper. The meat was tender and with beautiful pink core, the taste was very good with the onions on it. The croquettes were the same as two evenings before, good convenience goods with solid crust and fine potato core. The sauce painted the elements with a strong taste and thus rounded off this rustic food. As for quantity, I was fed by my heart and confirms the question whether everything had been to my satisfaction.
