Whilst staying in Holland we opted to cross the border into Germany. After parking this was the first restaurant we found. Staff were friendly and appreciated a little German usage!! Children's menus with chicken nuggets and cheese burgers were good value. As were the special Alphen burgers which included coleslaw, cheese and a berry sauce. Yummy. A hit for all the family, fast service and good value.
While we stay in Holland, we decided to cross the border to Germany. After parking you found the first restaurant. The employees were friendly and appreciated a little German use!! I guess you can scale the cocspoon between a fast food and a low budget restaurant. We had no time for an extended lunch. The quality of food is OK. Food and beverages are cheap, do not expect 'skinned kitchen'...here. But the value for money is indeed very good.
Before leaving Kleve we stopped at this snack bar. It is located in the lively shopping district near the Lohengrinbrunnen. We had fries and sweet potatoes, not really special, but the Mayonaise was good. Fast service and the price was affordable.
