I had been told so much and so well about Bar Knopfler in a short time that a visit was a must and I have to say that my expectations were more than met. In such a globalized world where there is little room for surprise and improvisation, it is appreciated to find such authentic places. They are specialists in rice from what I saw on the menu. The one of the day that we ordered was a fisherman's rice that we loved. For tapas, some bravas with a very exotic Knopfler sauce (with an Indian touch) and with a very successful spiciness. Also a delicious tuna and salmon salad. And a typical Valencian salad to accompany with a very tasty tuna, and super crispy lettuce as I like it. For dessert we ordered some natural fruit sorbets (melon and mango and another one with figs) that were spectacular with a very creamy texture (you can eat them by the spoonful, don't think about the typical sorbet only ones). They have a very good selection of beers to combat these heats And an added plus are their cremaets. It's been a while since I've tasted one this good. The place captivated me because I am a passionate rock music lover and its walls are decorated with photos, posters, records, concert tickets, etc. of rock bands and also something from the seventh art The treatment very cordial. They are a very nice family. I recommend it
