from 09.09.22-11.09.22 our class meeting took place. 50 years ago we started our professional training with abitur.We are full of joy, but already the registration in the hotel was very strange and unstructured.When we met in the restaurant to spend the evening together, we felt a bit deposed, since the board was so decorated as if we were asking for a wedding party. he also made us realize that we are not a company and therefore do not bring about a turnover. the bill was chaotic. to the conclusion, we were told that we had not paid for one meal and several drinks. I had ordered a weeping water and I had to pay 13 € for this water.The beautiful ambiente is so easy to fit this unfriendly, incompetent staff. very, very pity.What could this house be for an enrichment for these opposite if anged people were at the start.
for the price reasonable beautiful room. the guest room/breakfast room really beautiful.Leider lacks the good service and the expected bypass with the hospitable welcome and is dominated with asking how bill, no bill, card payment and yet rather in cash. After we had taken the floor to the cash machine behind us, the cup coffee was also a problem for 3€. again and again the note that you have to pay for the performance (which is of course) pulled the whole thing happening in’s ridiculous.This went much faster to check out, the guests were only approved due to abnormality. but please with people who can and have understood the concept of hospitality.
super friendly service in restaurant. delicious food and our dog would be served immediately with a fresh bowl of water. the critique of woman angels we cannot understand in no way. there are people who can only do nothing right (you can look at their other reviews) of us 5 stars and an absolute recommendation!
we were stuck in the kitzbüheler tonight for dinner. very good kitchen and very friendly staff. a successful evening, all were very satisfied.
