It is different, in particular the service. Everybody works hard to meet your wishes but where the ladies do so in silence the gentleman who opened my wine was more open (but he didn’t want to have the last bit that was simply too much. Different because you order on an iPad. You can’t however include different stages: everything is deposited on your table and to you the duty to eat it in the right order (first the warm dishes etc). Thequality of the sushi was good. When you are alone there like I was you feel really alone. Well, tant pis like the Germans say.
It is the best of all the woks at will of colmar. The service on the plate is much more appetizing than when you switch to the buffet. the portions are small but you can ask as much as you want and it is served hyper quickly. Salmon is very fresh. It's all done a minute, we see the chief who's preparing the sushi through a window. The dessert buffet has been improved, there are more choices, damage that it is cold. normally coconut balls and chocolate doughs should be served warm. for desserts, the service should also be established on plate.
the frame is clean and pleasant, welcoming and efficient. the concept is good and allows to taste a lot of dishes without wasting. but gustatively, it is often fade as an example the tempuras that have no taste. a 23 euros without drinks a little dissatisfied.
pleasant concept and quality at the rendezvous ! good evening with friends, sharing without stress. Be careful to book, the restaurant is often complete.
