Fill Up box, was awful!!! Chicken was suppo to be extra crispy, but all crispy stuff falling off, it was cold!! The nuggets were cold, and the fries were cold and just mangled in the box. Asked for all the same sauces, and got four different ones. And finally, the biscuts were hard and cold. Very dissappointed in KFC!!! Oh and they forgot my coleslaw!!
My chicken was lukewarm fries hard, tuff cold. Food is too expensive for substandard preparation delivery. This is no fault of the driver. It was picked up in that manner. I want a full refund of such awful service from the KFC store
Got the family meal with extra crispy chicken. the chicken and fries were very fresh and crispy. the mac and cheese and potatoes, were cold and the large containers were hardly even half full.
The food is always fantastic and fresh! They never get the order wrong which is something that happens a lot at other places.
