I would like to suggest that you pay more and give more hours to the staff. The restless hours and the availability of food has become so annoying! Is that a company business? It's unacceptable how it works. I do not blame the employees who are there, but the general conditions that seem to make it an unpleasant working environment. If you have good management and compensation, you have good employees. They obviously lack the brand in this place.
It's bad enough that you have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive until someone keeps saying? Wait a minute? to move forward for your food. Then come home to realize that the Mac N cheese is cold and you miss the $4.00 Fries you ordered. This is not the first time this happened. Seems to be a regular event, this time I wrote about it.
I give one star because the lady's working tonight were nice. But this is the second time i have asked for crispy breast and received all original. The skin was falling off and there was alot of grease. But to top it all off i got a mashed potatoes and it had barely any in it maybe a qtr filled. Worst trip to KFC by far.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and were done wrong when we came home. They wanted to get 2 new sandwiches again and they made it wrong to make them right again, and they said they wouldn't and pushed the order out of the window with us! Will not go back again!!! We will return to Popeyes again!!!
