Ceviche is amazing as Dessert with dulce de leche and meringue. Innovative spins on Peruvian cuisine. Missed some of the classics like Papas a la huancaina. Would also be great in the creative style of the cook.
Excellent tasting card from start to finish! It was a pleasure to eat in Kero. The cook is personal and dedicated to customers. Wonderful! Will definitely be back when in Vigo again!
