I stopped in this evening on my way home. There was street parking, but I parked in a corner lot, which I assumed served the neighboring businesses, though there were no signs to confirm this. The shop appears to be in a well-maintained historical building. I was greeted with a case full of colorful and artfully prepared cupcakes. I was impressed with the green, gold, and purple icing on some in observance of Mardi Gras. I was lucky that the card reader accepted my debit card as I did not have exact change. Credit cards were not taken. I had hoped for some cookies, but none were available. It was not clear whether they had run out by this time of day, or none were baked today. Anyway, this is a reason to go back for more treats, as the caramel almond cupcake I immediately ate in the car was delicious.
Amazing! We learned just a few weeks ago that our 21 month old had celiac and so many things we tried tasted like cardboard. We also had his brothers 5th birthday party with regular cakes and cupcakes ordered.This amazing owner and wonderful bakery was able to get a very last minute request in of 1 dozen gluten free cupcakes in red and blue icing to match our spiderman theme for our little celiac warrior! She makes the best tasting gluten free cupcakes ever. People didn't know they were gluten free! Need I say more?
I went for a book bag giveaway, I think the cashier was confused. I didn't have money on me so I had my order paid for was unable to pull from the board since she said it was with every order we could pull one. So it was a total of 3 orders. I just suggest everyone be on the same page or have a mediator next time making it smoother. It was my first time there the s'mores were good as well as the nachos then the free eye exams for my kids nieces were awesome ?. Oh yes can't forget the icee's they were delicious .
Unbelievably good! Absolute hit of my mother's birthday party. Blueberry Cheesecake cupcakes were the tops but every flavor was special! A true gem in lower DE!
