In the beginning we always enjoyed ordering there, but over time the service got worse and worse. The last 5 times there was always the wrong sauce on the kebab plate. We never said anything. Today two plates came again with the wrong sauce, so we called and were promised that we would get new plates. We gave the other plates to the neighbors because we didn't think the driver would want them back. The driver comes, we apologize and explain that we no longer have them. Driver nods and drives off. Less than 10 minutes later, the boss herself calls and tells my son how rude he is. Afterwards I spoke to the boss and tried to tell her that it wouldn't have been a problem if they had said it beforehand. She didn't let us speak, became cheeky and in the end blamed us because we ordered online and the comment was apparently written too small. No insight, snotty... and we often ordered there!!!! It has never happened to me that a delivery service wanted the incorrectly delivered food back. Basically ok, but not, if it is not communicated beforehand, then it will make a big wave. That was the last time there for us. And we certainly wouldn't have given away the food if we had known what kind of problems that would cause....not a problem in principle, but to have that kind of way of talking to customers...incredible!
