Kavkaz Charcoal Grill And Ovne

Today was not my first time here. I was in Kavkaz a couple of times before. Nice place, somewhat fancy-looking inside; a few tables outside. The service is always nice. The food is tasty. I heard from some that it is the best Georgian food around. They have live music on the weekends.My concerns are the prices and the portions. First of all, the prices you see here on Yelp are not correct. Add $5-$6 to everything. And the portions for the main courses are appetizer size. I have never seen such a tiny khachapuri in my life and I have been to many Georgian restaurants in Georgia, Russia, New York, and Miami of course. Truly, the portions of everything are small, even drinks (not alcohol) are in small glasses. Compote is only 100 grams? Strange So, the food is tasty, and the service is nice. The place is Not on the beach to charge so much for smaller than usual portions. If you don't mind paying, you will enjoy the food, just order more :)It is on a plaza, so there is parking.

I really enjoy dinner there. My friend is originally from ex USSR and recommended this place. Salad was super fresh and hachapuri (I hope I spelled it correctly) was on point. Our waiter was Vladimir and the service was excellent.

Authentic food great service excellent Food is nice clean . dinner Sunday is life musiclike music . not very big but warm home environment great birthday celebrations.

Great place to try European Georgian food, appetizers were awesome! And dessert also very good. Had a great time, great ambiance and service.

The dumplings were awesome. The service was good. But what we went for the Khachapuri was excellent. OMG, it is good
