Taverna Kalypso

We visited this restaurant on sept we were two couples. The food was very good grilled octopuss and seabass in a salt crust, we deeply recommend these dishes. The bill was not very cheap, around per person without wine, we had beers...in total. I noticed not so much flexibility by the waiter: when we ordered the beers, I had no way to change my order within seconds. With good weather outside tables are available, please note that at they will close the outside area

I was sceptical in the beginning when our friends suggested a Greek restaurant as I always had bad experience with it. But this was the best Greek restaurant I have ever been to. The food was delicious and the ouzo on the house were plenty!...Unfortunately due to our large group and the restaurant being packed we had to wait a long time, but the waitress apologized with two small bottles of ouzo and everything was fine after we finished them

Went there before a holiday. The place is pretty big but it is better to reserve a table, maybe outside now that the weather is great. Good variety of dishes and well priced, even if the place seems fancy. I got the kalypso teller, that has a variety of meats. Amazing! The only thing is that it is really heavy so I suggest getting a salad or pita bread with it. Drinks are a bit expensive but after all in line with Munich prices

Excellent food ,excellent service,excellent wine and much ouzo !!its the place we meet every Friday !we love it and we highly recommended!
