Kaluz Wellington

Kaluz is one of my favorite restaurants and I continue to support it despite a major issue I have with their seating configuration during the pandemic. First of all, let me say the rating for service is by no means a reflection on our excellent server, Jill. She was wonderful. Here is my issue: I would love to know why the management clusters patrons, regardless of the number of people in their party, in the section with the large tables, while leaving the more desirable booths adjacent to their lovely fountain empty. This is the third time the hostess brought us to a booth next to a party of when my reservation specifically stated that I did not want to sit in the section with the large tables. This past time, the hostess sounded put off by my reminder that I requested that we not be seated in that section and said there was nothing she could do Fortunately, my husband spotted an available table in another section and we were seated. Thereafter, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I've never been disappointed with this establishment. Lunch, dinner ,special occasions always a great meal ,great service .
