We visited for Happy Hour and made sure to try several dishes that we had been curious to taste. Everything was so delicious that we couldn't wait to take a picture and immediately started eating! I'm a big fan of the pulpo/octopus dish. The texture was prefect. I was pleasantly surprised by the gyoza dish, as well. The attention to detail in this dish elevated it from a humble appetizer/side dish to one of the highlights. The sushi was fresh, tasty and playful. It takes a great team to pull off the aspects of great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Kaizen consistently brings it! Can't wait to go again!Parking: Wheelchair accessible parking.Kid-friendliness: There were a few young families with children and everyone was enjoying themselves.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps available and seating. This place gets 5 stars across the board. Food, service, and atmosphere are on point. The food is light and refreshing. After sharing 2 apps, 2 entrees, a sushi roll and dessert we were pleasantly full (but not that heavy thanksgiving meal full). The entrees aren’t large but thoughtful in flavor and presentation. With specials that not change seasonal but monthly! The service was friendly and helpful with questions. Continuous water and checking in just the right amount of time. The atmosphere is this cool retro building that has been modified for businesses. The decor and vibe plus lighting gives it a sleek comfortable atmosphere. Perfect for a date or special occasion. It also has a killer happy hour on food till 6.
The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. The service was fast and efficient. The quality of ingredients was evident, and the presentation was top-notch. Great vibes as well and without a doubt, I will be returning in the future. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend giving Kaizen a try.
I'm ashamed to say I didn't take enough pictures. I was in the moment. The atmosphere is urban industrial and very well lit. I loved the ambiance, very posh. Their ahi tuna is arguably the best I had. They have local saki from Holbrook. The options on Wasabi were magical. I definitely will be back.
