JW Steakhouse Marriott LAX

I booked the reservation for JW Steakhouse for my fiancé’s birthday which is also on Valentines Day. I told them in advance how special of a day it is for us and we were handled with the utmost care. They only have patio dining at the moment but they offered us blankets in addition to heat lamps. The food was excellent ribeye with an AMAZING anglaise sauce, loaded mashed potatoes, and crab cakes, drinks were excellent top shelf margaritas, and dessert key lime pie. Our servers name was LISA and she is truly special....she made sure we were taken care of the moment we were seated but EVERYONE was attentive respectful and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely return and can’t wait to see how much better the experience at JW is when things return back to normal. Saved in my favorites on OpenTable. Thank you

Dinner was outside and it was freezing. Patio heaters are only near certain tables and some ran out of propane. After requesting propane at the nearest heater we never got it. Instead the restaurant had blankets available, which was nice but took away the sexy from the ambiance. The servers were very nice but super slow. Took forever to be seated, get our ordered taken, and receive food. The food was amazing but a little on the cold side. I would go back if the actual restaurant opens for an indoor experience

JW at LAX has done a great job providing great service and food while coping with the current imposed restrictions on dining. Dining was outdoor poolside and it was worth the visit

Cowboy Steak was awesome. Well Marbled juicy and cooked perfect. Margarita was also awesome
