I'm not going to mince my words because Eric deserves it, at the risk of seeing too many people flocking to his truck and having to wait to taste his delicious pizzas! In addition to punctuality and friendliness, the pizzas offered in this food truck are quite simply the best in the area, and I have tried some. So I arrive at the end of a quest, that of finding everything I'm looking for in a pizza and having it within reach! Indeed, Eric's menu evolves with the seasons and he offers both classics but also original and gourmet creations that you absolutely must try. The dough is fine, the ingredients are quality and there is always a little extra touch like chives on the cheese. You will have understood from my praise, I recommend without reservation!
