Ordered via the Just Eat app after seeing an advert for the restaurant and also decent in-app reviews but they were the only good thing about this experience. Almost 2 hours later and still no takeaway, they marked it has being delivered which meant Just Eat were hesitant to refund. Hung up on twice when calling. Promises of delivery within 5 more minutes and never fulfilling said promise. I am bitterly disappointed in this service and wouldn’t recommend even if I was paid to. If you want food, go elsewhere!
The food is overcooked, cheap and cold. I wish there was minus scoring. Clearly not concerned about repeat business since the food is so awful they must be confident you will not return. Ordered ribs, chicken and spring roles it was an expensive mistake.Will NEVER order from them again they rely on people ordering for the first time.
I ordered food from this restaurant and it was nice. their packaging was good because they kept all food hot and neat. they are good. the mushroom sauce was also delicious with a decent amount of mushroom in it. overall it was a beautiful meal!
Ordered sweet n sour tofu, mushroom chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken satay. It came early and was delicious. Will order from here again. Thank you, Anne Wheeler
