the menu was all in French and the owners only spoke French, so we fought a bit (our fault to be poor in languages! but they were very on vegan and soothing. the menu was only small, but the half of it was vegan and they also had vegan cake. the first time tried Armenian eating and it was delicious everything really delicious and a bit different. we also had their white Armenian wine, and that was fantastic, really good quality wine. the fig cake I had was also raised. very recommended for dinner (or lunch I can imagine, but it is worth booking a table as it was also busy on Monday in september.
this restaurant is a beautiful address in a place known for its cruel foie gras. The kitchen is down. ingredients are organic and some products/spices come from Armenia. dishes change regularly, depending on the inventions of the chief. And what inventions! Although the restaurant is vegetarian most of the menu is vegan. Moreover, if I have advice for future customers, it would be to call in advance to order a vegan raw menu (the cheffe told us that it was what she preferred to cook.) a big thank you to the cheff for this beautiful discovery.
that was a great sound. we arrived in cahors in the late evening and they kept the kitchen open to serve us. really good fresh homemade food.
