"Slow service. Little on offer. Soggy prawn tempura. Wouldn't advise. Nearly £5 for a can of Diet Coke."

Bought an expensive bottle of Umeshi £44) as a gift. Later discovered that, at checkout, a piece of adhesive tape had been stuck to the paper label. Removing this severely damaged the label. To give as a present is now embarrassing; such pointless vandalism would never happen in Japan. ‘Designed and crafted in Japan’ ‘vandalised in London’s zJapan Centre’. Beware very disappointing.

The Japan Center is a casual place offering cold and hot food with a small grocery. The prices for the food and beverages are very reasonable. They offer a wide selection of sushi and sashimi along with other hot meals including Udon. The central location is between Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, and Trafalgar Square. I highly recommend.

Excellent food freshly served every day. There is also a market that sells Japanese foods, books and stationary for you to peruse around afterwards. The cafe upstairs serves delightfully good boba tea and cakes as well. If you want authentic Japanese food in central London, this is the place to go.

Went to the store yesterday, my ear is not good so could not hear the staff clearly when I check out, he is very impatient and reluctant to repeat. I was very shock and sad, Japan Center used to be very friend to clients.
