Jake N Joes Sports Grille

If you’re seated with Jose, ask to be moved to a different section. This was the second time we were seated in his second and both times were less than stellar, to put it nicely. This time we waited 10 minutes before our drinks were taken, and another 20 before we ordered our food. 30 minutes in and we just ordered our food. I was starving. Our food came out very quickly and was good kitchen staff was great. I ordered wings tossed in sauce, which are always a little messy by nature. I asked Jose for one of those little wet wipes and never got one after waiting for about 5 minutes, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands off. While I was gone, he took the plate of fries I was still eating. Just miserable service. I saw him chatting and laughing with other employees while we were sitting and waiting for drink and food orders, which is on par with what happened that last time he was my server. I come to the Norwood Jake n’ Joes almost every Friday night but I’m considering finding a different sports bar because of this service. I’ve never had problems with other servers while there, just Jose.

Hannah was Awesome! We were there with a big group for March Madness and they put our game on right in front of our table. The food was great everyone was very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a fun night!

Very good food and service. Gin, pineapple, lemon drink was a little too sour for me, but decent prices and options. Good place

Classic pub food. Great sports bar. Perfect place to meet friends. The place is huge and very loud.
